It’s the Last Week of School

It’s the last week of school in Bulgaria, and the only people who worry about this are teachers.  Why?  Because we are done grading, we gave our final exams and honestly, we’re done.  But school doesn’t finish in Bulgaria for 8a and 9-11th grade until June 30th.  So here we are, in empty classrooms wondering what to do.  I suggest taking a book.  I think that will help with my sanity.  I am doing alright.  I have a jam-packed summer full of great Peace Corps events.  I will leave on Friday to help Semah with her integration day project.  On Saturday or Sunday I will leave for Sofia because I have a dentist appointment on Monday.  Tuesday i leave for Tryavna for Mid Service Conference.  Then on the 9th I leave for Romania for 5 days.  I will return and teach an english corse for a month.  After that I will be a counselor for Camp Glow.  Then school work begins September 1st.  Busy summer and I will keep you posted on all the details.
