And no it’s not the new Footloose movie, I’m talking the most dangerous substance known to man that makes even Bulgarian baba’s cry, snow. Snow has officially been spotted in Western Bulgarian meaning that it’s on its way here, creeping ever so slowly, causing hikes in electric bill and fear in the heart of babas everywhere. Now on to may actual life. I am 90% healthy from my illness, upper respiratory infection, and sinus infection. I am nearly caught up on work and this weekend I decided to spend with myself winterizing my apartment and getting myself ready for one room hibernation. It makes life easier to just have everything in one room in the winter in Bulgaria, especially when you only have one heater. Phil from Peace Corps came to visit my site and we had a nice chat and I showed him around Isperih. Things here are good with not much to discuss. Halloween isn’t exactly coming together as well as last year, mostly because my students are as ill as I was. I hope that it all works out in the end. If it doesn’t we will all just dance.
